WeCare For You International Organization operates with a well-structured governance system that ensures transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making.
These four tiers are what the organizational profile describes. They are not job adverts and none of them is currently open — they are here so that a speculative application can name the kind of work it is aimed at.
Provides strategic direction and oversight.
The Board consists of professionals from diverse fields, including health, education, community development, and humanitarian aid. They provide policy guidance and ensure alignment with the organization's mission.
Led by the Executive Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and program implementation.
The Executive Management Team includes program managers, finance officers, and project coordinators, ensuring smooth implementation of initiatives.
Responsible for project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Field teams carry programme delivery in the communities and generate the monitoring data that donor reporting depends on.
Assist in administrative, logistics, and field operations.
Volunteers drawn from the served communities participate directly in project execution, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
There is no online application system. A speculative application is an email, and it is read.
Our programmes bring staff and volunteers into contact with vulnerable women and children. Everyone placed in a role that does so is screened and referenced first, and is expected to follow our safeguarding commitments throughout.
Volunteers take part directly in project execution, awareness campaigns, and training sessions alongside our programme teams.
